Kalkere Lake Community Details
In the year 2018, BBMP- Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike was given the responsibility to revive Kalkere Lake. Later to prevent sewage water from entering the lake, BWSSB- Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board took responsibility and set up a sewage treatment plant. However, locals are still complaining about the rejuvenation not being done properly. Keeping the continuing issues in mind, more construction and revision are being done.
