Bangalore is popularly known as the city of lakes surrounded by lush greenery. It attracts animals and has become home to many creatures over the years. Besides the lakes, there are many other parts of the city where you may come across snakes. This includes homes, backyards, gardens and even inside the vehicles. Because of the frequent encounter of snakes, the city has been given the name of "snake city".
