What makes Jakkur Lake the cleanest lake in Bangalore is the fact that this plant sends around 8 million litres of treated water to the wetland, which in turn purifies it further before releasing it to the lake. This has made Jakkur Lake one of the purest lakes in Bangalore after conquering the immense pressure of pollution and BBMP encroachments from all around.
